The teaching team aims to help Cambodian learners study the foundations of Korean calmly, clearly, and consistently. During this initial stage, our focus is on BASIC and SILVER as self-paced courses, so learners can study at their own pace without creating the expectation that a teacher will answer lesson questions directly.

What is KIKS?
KIKS is a Korean learning platform for Cambodian learners. It is organized in sequence so you can study independently through videos, practice quizzes, and assignments.
Can complete beginners use KIKS?
Yes. The first lessons begin with vowels, consonants, and simple self-introductions. You can learn at your own pace.
What can I do with the free trial?
The trial includes the level check and lets you experience only part of Lesson 1. It does not count as completion of an official practice quiz or assignment.
Can I access Lesson 2 or later with the trial?
No. Lesson 2 and beyond require a paid BASIC or SILVER plan.
What does BASIC include?
BASIC covers Lessons 1-6. You must pass the practice quiz and submit the assignment to unlock the next lesson.
What does SILVER include?
SILVER covers Lessons 1-15. You can review Lessons 1-6, and from Lesson 7 onward you progress in sequence.
How long should I study? What if I finish early?
You can learn at your own pace—some learners may finish in just a few weeks. During the 3-month access period, you can rewatch videos, replay audio, and redo practice quizzes without limit to review the material. If you finish BASIC and want to continue, you can upgrade to SILVER to study Lessons 7-15.
Can I enroll in GOLD / PLATINUM?
GOLD / PLATINUM isn't open for general enrollment yet, but you can pre-register for free — limited seats, invited in order.
Do BASIC / SILVER include answers from teachers about lesson content?
No. BASIC and SILVER are self-paced courses and do not include answers to lesson questions, individual assignment correction, personal tutoring, or live classes.
What can I ask support about?
Support covers login, payment, account, system, and video playback issues. Questions about lesson content are not part of BASIC / SILVER support.
What should I do if a video will not play?
Check your internet connection, reload the page, or try another browser. If the problem continues, contact the Support Center and select the video playback issue category.
Can I use KIKS with only a smartphone?
Yes. KIKS is designed for smartphones. If text or a table is hard to see, rotate your phone to landscape orientation or use a tablet.
Do I always need to watch videos in landscape orientation?
Not always. However, rotating your phone to landscape orientation can make subtitles and detailed information easier to see.
Who can use KIKS during the limited launch?
The first stage is for students currently attending in-person classes at the school. This is a limited launch before expanding to general users.
Is this limited access for current students?
Yes. The limited launch is a small initial stage for checking lesson quality, the system, and smartphone usability.
What are the practice quizzes and assignments for?
Practice quizzes check your understanding. Assignments help you put what you learned into practice. After you pass the practice quiz and submit the assignment, the next lesson unlocks in sequence.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. The trial does not create an automatic payment. If you want to study Lesson 2 and beyond, you must choose BASIC or SILVER yourself.
